- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases where services have not been
delivered as described or where a valid issue has occurred from our
side.
- Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of
transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be
considered.
- Refund Processing
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be
processed through the original payment method. Processing time may
vary depending on the payment service provider and typically takes
5–7 working days.
- Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds shall be provided for services that have been fully
delivered or for issues arising due to incorrect information
provided by the user.
- Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before service delivery begins.
Once service execution has started, cancellation may not be
possible.
